Dutchess County Parents of Multiples is a local non-profit organization dedicated to the support of families raising
or expecting twins, triplets and more. Formerly known as "The Twins Mother's Club of Dutchess County," we have proudlly
been serving the Hudson Valley since 1960.
As any parent of multiples can testify, having two or more babies at one time is an entirely different experience than
having a single baby. Our club tries to address questions, concerns or problems that arise during the course of raising your
multiples. We are here to give you support and try to dispel those anxiety-filled feelings. Bedrest? Breastfeeding multiples?
Feeding and sleep schedules? Toilet training? Feeling overwhelmed? We have all faced these and other issues and welcome
the opportunity to share our trials and triumphs with you, as well as the joys of raising our multiples.
Our club generally meets on the third Wednesday of each month, September through June, in the Community Room (near the
Food Court) at The Poughkeepsie Galleria, Route 9, Poughkeepsie. (The exceptions are December and June, when the Holiday and
Installation dinners are held at area restaurants.) Meetings start at 7 pm, but the doors open at 6:30 for socialization and
support.
